When you work with Katherine, you’ll find she is passionate about making sure you feel secure about your financial matters. This passion springs from her youth when her father, Ray, instilled her with the indispensable importance of saving money, which she applies today as a professional Financial Planner. He taught her the importance of distinguishing the difference between “something you want” and “something you truly need,” before spending money. This underpinning philosophy guides Katherine as she helps her clients plan wisely and prepare for life’s unforeseen challenges.
Katherine is a graduate of Texas Christian University and has since continued her education and training. She has successfully completed all coursework for the CFP designation including Federal Taxation, Investments, Insurance, Estate Planning, Retirement, Employee Benefits, and Case Studies. She holds the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority’s (FINRA) Series 65 registration, which is required to offer fee-based securities and financial planning. Though currently inactive, she has also successfully passed FINRA’s Series 7, Series 6, and Series 63 examinations.
